Meditation with Sounds

Good day beautiful ones, also welcoming Leo energy this phase of the Leo cycle.

This weekly Wednesday blog is about meditation with sounds. Having the ability to tune in to create with intention & set things in motion, with sound.

As well as having the ability to tune sound out to focus on your pinpoint for a goal.

You can use these examples that I’ve put for you to use with the 7day involvement practices, or use your own tool techniques to set your mood for meditation.

Most people use the basic tools to meditate.

Let’s do something a little different .

  1. Sounds of Wata/ To set you in the mood of relaxation, emotions & the depths of the beginning (Taking in the moment)

  2. Sounds of Chimes/ Opening the process to take place.

  3. Sounds of Jingling Keys/ Placing your visions in order, opening the door to creativity.

  4. Sounds of Tennis Balls/ Tennis balls being hit, setting the vision, placing each idea in its place.

  5. Sounds of Chanting Om/ Regulating your heart rate, being still in the sound & in your voice. (Meditative Mind Om Mantra Meditation/11 min) you can find this on YouTube.

  6. Sounds of Crackling Fire/ To set the passion you have with good intentions for your life.

  7. Sounds of Japanese Koto Music/ To bring back with regulated heart rate, peace, stillness & love. Knowing it will be done, now relax. Thank you for reading & participating in our weekly Wednesday blogs. Your welcome to leave a comment or ask questions.
